1. Capture an enquiry

Start with the prepared bracket example, or enter your own fictional request.

2. Add a quote

This records a fictional quote. No message is sent.

3. Record the decision

A won or lost quote leaves the outstanding pipeline. Only won quotes count towards booked order value.

How these records support better reporting

Each enquiry and quote has a reference so it can be counted consistently. Record a quote, then mark it won or lost to see how the totals change.

The business decision: review outstanding quotes with their owners and decide which need a conversation. Won order value shows booked work; it does not show profit, invoiced revenue or cash received.

A real project starts with your existing records and the questions you need answered. We agree the measures, check the data and build a report your team can use. Automation can reduce manual updates where it adds value.
